1. Return & Exchange
You can return cartridges to us within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
Only cartridges in their original packaging will be fully refunded.
2. Technical support
We know all about printers. If you have a problem with your machine, we'll be happy to find a solution. So don't hesitate to contact us.
3. Sending & tracking packages
We deliver everywhere in Belgium.
At your request, we will provide a tracking number for your package via the Bpost service.
4. Personalized advice
Do you want to save ink when printing or purchase a new printer that is better suited to your needs?
We have some free advice for you in stock. Don't hesitate to share your questions with us. We're here for that too!
