1. Payment Methods

• By advance bank transfer to our BNP Paribas Fortis account.

• In cash, by Bancontact, credit card, or Apple Pay/Google Pay in our store.

• On our website via Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

2. Security

Card payments are processed securely using SSL. The terms and conditions of your banking institution apply unless the use of your card is prohibited. Your card number and personal information are protected and will not be shared with our partners. Card numbers are never stored by CartouchePlus.

3. Delivery

Standard Delivery (24/48h): Our packages are shipped via BPost. Shipping fees are free for orders of €39.90 and above. For orders below this amount, a shipping contribution of €4.95 applies. Delivery time is 24 to 48 hours. Package shipments are insured against loss and/or destruction.

You can also choose to collect your order in store. We will prepare your order and send you an email or SMS once it is ready.

4. Delays

If one of our products is temporarily out of stock, we may hold all items in your order until we can deliver the entire order. We undertake to contact you by email to arrange a partial shipment if necessary. Please feel free to contact us for further information or to let us know your delivery preferences.

5. Legal Guarantee

Our products come with a 2-year warranty. If you are not entirely satisfied with one of our products, please visit us in-store or write to us at: info@cartoucheplus.be. The product will be exchanged after testing by our technical service. Any claim must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the goods.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel an order without justification within a legal period of 14 days following receipt of the products (not applicable to businesses). If you wish to return one or more products within this 14-day period, you must contact us by email to notify us of your request. Please note that damaged or used products will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Products must be returned in their original packaging. The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage during return transport.

7. Jurisdiction in Case of Dispute

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction.

8. Acceptance of Terms of Sale

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read the special conditions of sale set out on these pages and expressly accepts them without reservation. We protect your privacy and comply with legislation regarding online shopping.

9. Privacy Policy

We only retain personal information necessary to process your order. We keep this information only for as long as needed and solely for the stated purpose. Furthermore, we remove all records of bank transfers from our site as soon as possible. Your contact details will only be shared with distribution companies and associated banks to process your order and payment.

10. Notice Regarding Chemical Products

The toners and ink sold by CartouchePlus contain chemical substances that are highly dangerous if swallowed or inhaled. Please keep these products out of reach of children. CartouchePlus cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of products outside normal operating guidelines.

11. Value Added Tax (VAT)

Your order total includes 21% VAT. All prices listed on CartouchePlus.be are inclusive of VAT.

An invoice will be automatically issued if your billing details are completed in the relevant field prior to payment.

12. Trademarks

Product or company names mentioned on the website www.cartoucheplus.be may be trademarks or registered trademarks belonging to third parties and protected as such under intellectual property law. All trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
